Using organic corn tortillas, cut them into fourths so you have little triangle shapes. Lay on cookie sheet in a single layer and drizzle some coconut oil and some sea salt on top. Dipped in some organic ketchup and you’re good to go. Sweet potatoes contain vitamin C and vitamin A and contain more fiber than white potatoes.
What a Super Bowl party without dessert? You’ll need equal parts of cacao nibs, dates, almond butter and a little sea salt. Add all your ingredients into a food processor and pulse blend until evenly mixed. Roll into little balls and let sit in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Last step is to enjoy! Health benefits of this fun Super Bowl snack is the almond butter which contain healthy fats and protein. Dates are also a great source of fiber and cacao nibs are rich with antioxidants giving your immune system a boost.
If you need to add chips into the Super Bowl then your best bet would be kettle baked chips. Make sure the ingredients are close to only potatoes, oil and salt.
